Silver Solder Designed for Lacquered Brass Instruments

Description

This silver solder provides best color match for brass keys and instruments. Excellent flow and strength properties. Note that for best results this solder requires a longer heating time than our #3241 solder to achieve good flow. Solder that just balls up may be a result of applying the solder to soon (note the difference between melt temperature and flow temperature shown below).

Melts at 1250° F (677° C) / Flows at 1410° F (766° C).

Diameter: 1/32″ (0.79mm).

Sold in 4′ (1.22m) length.
